Welcome to the Tower Ranch Community Association (TRCA) Website. The TRCA is established to serve the interests and to benefit the TR Community in Kelowna, BC. Our Community website provides residents with news and reference information relevant to Community membership and activities.
The TR Community represents three distinct smaller communities working together though an inclusive Tower Ranch Community Association (TRCA). The three communities, ‘The Ranch‘, ‘ North Pointe on 18‘ and ‘Solstice‘, are all represented within the TRCA. North Pointe on 18 and Solstice also operate as Strata Corporations so issues specific to the Stratas should be addressed to their respective Councils.

TRCA Membership Fees
TRCA Members are kindly encouraged to submit a PAD form (pre-authorized debit form) as means of payment for the membership dues. Alternatively, members can provide cheques for the year. Please send cheques or PAD to: Tower Ranch Community Association, 2-1855 Tower Ranch Boulevard, Kelowna, BC, V1P 1R2.
